I have been in the industry 41 years and have owned Tripzter Travel and Capri Travel for 18 years. I am well known in the industry from my time with British Airways, working for them in Sri Lanka, Oman, Bahrain and Canada. I have a degree from Simon Fraser in Business/Liberal Arts, a diploma in Flight Planning and several certificates and training in Sales, Flight Operations and Customer Service. I have had the good fortune of travelling widely – over 20 countries in 6 continents (just Antarctica left in terms of continents!), actually living and working in five countries. I enjoy travelling, meeting different people, rugby, tennis and shooting guns – targets only, not hunting! I am also involved in other business interests outside travel.

I have been a licensed travel counsellor for over 41 years, including managing the Capri Travel office for the past 34 years.

I enjoy working with corporate clients as well as leisure clients and groups. Whether it be cruising, adventure travel, safaris, cycling tours through Europe, or luxury travel, I am happy to help and advise you with first hand experiences!

I have travelled extensively throughout the world, visiting countless countries throughout all seven continents – yes, including Antarctica. I have also been fortunate to be selected to host many cruises groups from the USA and Canada on some exciting itineraries, including a world cruise.

However, more than anything I am always excited and interested in providing the best advice and customer experience for all our clients, whatever their travel needs are.

As a young teenager growing up in Kelowna I always knew I wanted to be in the TRAVEL INDUSTRY. Well, since 1986, 39 years later I am PROUD to say I am still fully involved and working in the business as a Senior Travel Consultant.

There are many titles I go by besides Consultant – Travel Agent/Travel Management Advisor/Travel Experience Expert and some call me a Travel Guru! Whatever the title I pride myself in being there for you before, during and after your trip. Many scenarios can take place when travelling.

Having my expertise and support there for you is priceless.

Besides the obvious love of travel, I have trained in Kung Fu for 23+ years, have taught fitness kickboxing classes for 20+ years. love outdoor activities, cats, Seinfeld, ELVIS (yes, a die hard fan since I can remember) and of course my FAMILY. I am the mom of 2 great humans and have been married over 30+ years.

I joined the Travel Industry and Capri Travel in 2017 and have not looked back; I wish I had made the move many years earlier.

While my main area is selling to Leisure clients, I do have some Corporate accounts as well. I enjoy helping both sets of clients find what they are looking for.

I very much enjoy the process of assisting clients in finding their perfect vacation, and all the planning that goes along with it.

My love of travel came to me later in life, so I have not travelled as extensively as my cohorts, but I am passionate about what I do and where I have been.

I am the newest agent here at Capri Travel. I joined the Travel Industry in 2024, and am loving it!

I have always enjoyed travelling and have been fortunate enough to have lived, worked and travelled in Australia, South Africa and the Cayman Islands.

After being in Australia for over a year I found it very hard to return home to England. After that I always knew I would travel overseas again and moved to South Africa a few years later for what was only meant to be a year but turned into 4 years. What an experience! Something that I will never forget, seeing all the wildlife living in their natural habitat. Such a stunning country.



The Cayman Islands followed a few years later. Wow, what a beautiful island. After 4 ½ years as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of a law firm; I’d tired of the white sandy beaches and crystal-clear aquamarine ocean and longed to see mountains again.

I have been in Kelowna now for 15 years. Being a travel agent is really is a wonderful career; I love helping clients plan their vacations and fulfill their dreams.
